Nicole has worked in the planning industry for 14 years in NSW, Victoria and Tasmania, bringing her diverse experience to legal practice in Tasmania.

Nicole is a planning and environmental lawyer regularly appearing in the Resource Management and Planning Appeal Tribunal and Tasmanian Planning Commission.

She is the CEO and Principal Lawyer of EDO Tasmania. Previously Senior Associate at Dobson Mitchell Allport based in Hobart.

She is an environment and planning lawyer, with particular expertise in environmental impact assessment, biodiversity and protected areas law, and climate change adaptation and mitigation.

She has completed her Master of Environmental Management with the University of Tasmania and has undergraduate qualifications majoring in environment and resource studies and environment and planning law.
